By creating an account on Yaadein, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Yaadein provides a wedding photo collection and sharing platform. Organisers create events, generate QR codes for guests to upload photos, and share curated albums with couples. Features vary by plan.
Your content
You retain ownership of all photos uploaded through Yaadein. By uploading, you grant Yaadein a limited licence to store, process, and serve the photos as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Prohibited use
You may not use Yaadein to upload illegal content, circumvent technical limitations, resell access to the platform, or use the service in a way that disrupts other users.
Payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
Limitation of liability
Yaadein is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime or data durability beyond our best efforts. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to any claim.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
