By creating an account on Yaadein, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Yaadein provides a wedding photo collection and sharing platform. Organisers create events, generate QR codes for guests to upload photos, and share curated albums with couples. Features vary by plan.

You retain ownership of all photos uploaded through Yaadein. By uploading, you grant Yaadein a limited licence to store, process, and serve the photos as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. Our collection, storage, and processing of your personal data and uploaded photos are governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

You may not use Yaadein to upload illegal content, circumvent technical limitations, resell access to the platform, or use the service in a way that disrupts other users.

Yaadein is billed per wedding, not by subscription. Your first wedding album is free; each additional wedding is a one-time purchase, paid in advance, either individually or as a prepaid pack. There is no monthly or recurring billing, and prepaid wedding credits do not expire. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Because a purchase unlocks a specific wedding album, payments are non-refundable once an event has been created; write to us for any billing issue and we will make it right.

Yaadein is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime or data durability beyond our best efforts. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to any claim.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of Yaadein is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, you may contact our Grievance Officer for any complaint regarding the service, content, or your personal data:
