What we collect
We collect your email address, name, and phone number when you create an account. When you create an event, we store the couple names, wedding date, and couple email you provide. Photos uploaded by guests are stored securely in cloud storage and are never shared with third parties.
How we use it
Your information is used to provide the Yaadein service: sending event notifications to couples, processing payments via Razorpay, and delivering uploaded photos. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Photo storage
Guest photos are stored in Backblaze B2 cloud storage. Photos are never deleted permanently without your explicit instruction. They are hidden from public view when you choose to remove them. You can request full deletion of your event and all associated photos by contacting us.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. Razorpay's privacy policy governs payment data.
Data retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Event data is retained for 12 months after the wedding date. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.
